Our Privacy Policy

Reclaim Media / Audio-Restorations has been in the business of converting vinyl LP records and cassette tapes to CD, transferring slides, and photos to CD/DVD, plus transferring home videos to DVD since Jan, 2001.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy.

For those sending slides or photos or videos, we limit who has access to them. No one outside of Reclaim Media / Audio-Restorations employees will have access. No work is outsourced or done off-premises.

A copy of of all our work is retained on our hard drives for 30 days to insure safe delivery of your materials and CDs/DVDs back to you. After 30 days they are deleted unless you notify us sooner.

In the case of VHS tapes no one at Reclaim Media / Audio-Restorations will be viewing the tapes except if something unusual occurs during the transfer process.

Your name, address, and where provided, your email address and phone number are retained on our secure system for accounting purposes and customer status requests only. This data is used for no other purpose.

We will never sell, rent, or give away your email or home address to any outside party, ever and we will never send you any un-requested e-mail promotions.
